When you think of the holiday season, what’s the first few things that come to mind? Is it the lights? Christmas trees? Carolers singing?
For us, it’s sitting around a table with close loved ones and enjoying good food. This year at Old Captiva House, we’re celebrating the holiday season with our 2020 Christmas Menu, featuring a wide variety of dishes and treats you’re bound to enjoy.
Starting at $65 per person and $24.95 per child under 10-years-old, our Christmas dinner comes with our shrimp bisque soup, choice of appetizer, salad, entrée and dessert.
Our highlighted entrée this year is our delicious Christmas Plate, featuring a perfectly cooked prime rib with au gratin potatoes, leg of lamb with port wine demi, couscous and delectable mustard glazed honey ham with cheese grits.
Or, if prime rib isn’t your thing, we have a more Captiva style dish — Stuffed Flounder plate — featuring crab and lobster, stuffed flounder with roasted roma potato farro and citrus butter sauce.
